This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Talllor website.

Shipping destinations

Talllor currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States. Estimated delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order ships and are not guaranteed because carrier, weather or other conditions may cause delays.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods or when additional order verification is required.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking information will be provided when available. Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Large or oversized products

Some products may require special or freight delivery. Please inspect the carton and product promptly on arrival and retain all packaging until the order has been checked.

Damage, shortage or incorrect delivery

Report visible damage, missing components or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging and send your order number, shipping-label photo and clear photos of the carton and affected area to talllorhome@163.com.
