Talllor covers the standard outbound shipping cost for eligible orders shipped to destinations available at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Delivery times vary by destination, product availability, and carrier conditions. When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order ships.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an address change is needed, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Return shipping

Please contact Talllor Support before arranging or paying for return shipping. Do not send a product back until we have confirmed the request and provided the correct return address and instructions.

Our outbound shipping coverage does not include the cost of sending a product back to us. After the return has been discussed and approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Talllor.
