Two-Year Limited Warranty

Talllor products are covered by a two-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the purchase date shown on the order record.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal residential use within the warranty period.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, impact, unauthorized modification, improper care or cleaning, normal wear, or damage that occurs during transportation after delivery.

How to submit a warranty request

Contact Talllor Support and provide your order number, product model or SKU, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Warranty resolution

After reviewing an eligible claim, Talllor will determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement parts, product replacement, or another reasonable solution.

This limited warranty does not replace any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
